If I look goofy-happy in this photo, it’s because I am! Six weeks post surgery and I am walking, working out, and living my life almost completely pain-free. I’m way ahead of schedule for strength and mobility and it feels great!
I wanted to share the 5 things I’ve done that I credit with speeding up my recovery process. Spoiler alert, I didn’t follow the doctor’s orders again. But I did get some professional help and I’ve spent a lot of time doing patient, graded work so I can come back from this surgery wilder and wigglier than ever.
