Stretch and strengthen all the major joints in the body with gentle accessible exercises

This delicious 50-minute stretching session is the first of four workouts based on Kristina’s popular Bendy Body class.

It will loosen up your hips, shoulders, spine and neck. Hitting all the areas that tend to get tight in daily life, this is a great workout if you want some gentle self-care or if you are newer to stretching. Most of it is done laying on the floor and it will leave you feeling gooey and relaxed.
