This is a gentle workout that is meant to be accessible and restorative, but you will definitely feel your muscles working. The exercises emphasize balance - right to left, front to back, and internal vs external. The aim is to shore up the muscles and ranges that feel less accessible.

This is not a workout about looking impressive, it's all about digging into the things that really need our attention but are easy to skip in our regular workouts.

The only equipment needed is a wall and a yoga block (two if your hips are very very cranky) and an optional strap for maximum pelvis support.
