Effective Exercises for Strong, Stable Hips

We often think about stretching tight hip flexors, but sometimes the front of our hips really needs to be strengthened in order to improve both mobility and stability in our hips.

This workout will help you build that full range.

We start with working on balance, then move into a series of exercises to lengthen AND strengthen your hip flexors while finding stability in the pelvis and improving butt strength.

Tightness is almost always correlated with a lack of strength! Strengthening strategically through a full range of motion is one of the best ways to make long-term, sustainable changes.

The only equipment needed is a stair or low stool and socks.
