Relaxing Full Body Stretch Before Bed

Sleep better with a full body stretch that you can do in bed

I know it’s a bad habit, but I’m often working right up until bedtime. The transition from go-go-go to sleep-sleep-sleep isn’t just a switch you can flip. So it’s helpful to have a process that lets your body know it’s time to power down.

This is a very gentle 11 minute follow along routine that alternates between extension and compression of the joints, gentle movement, and deep breaths. You start standing, and finish up laying in bed, ready to snooze.

Many folks have a hard time turning off your brain and getting your body to relax enough to fall asleep. A short stretch and movement session can be a good transition to bedtime.

Happy Bendings!
