The shoulder is a complex joint. It’s amazing that it works at all given how many moving parts there are, and how little is attached to your body! Given all those options, shoulder instability is very common.

I have super hypermobile, injury-prone shoulders and these isometric exercises help me organize my shoulders before I do any heavy lifting or deep stretching.
