Strong and flexibility shoulders in one challenging workout

I have a 90% tear of my right supraspinatus tendon (rotator cuff) that would be difficult to repair with surgery. I’ve spent the last year and a half rebuilding my strength and flexibility and I’m thrilled with the results, even getting back to training pull-ups and handstands! These two workouts are part of my regular routine to keep my hypermobile, shredded shoulders feeling strong without compromising my range of motion. Living the dream!
