Are You at Risk for Developing Toe Arthritis?

One month of being immobile since surgery for toe arthritis has given me lots of time to reflect on what I wish I’d done differently to prevent this! So I put together this video with an easy test to see if you, dear friend, could be in danger of developing problems in your toe joints.

I have even thrown in an exercise that I use on myself and some of my clients to develop muscles in the ankle, knee, and hip that will help to make the toes less freaked out.

If you have ever had a sprained ankle, you are at higher risk for this problem so please, learn from my mistakes!
