The third workout in our Full Body Stretch series is one of my personal favorites. This is how I warm up before going for a run or doing a deeper flexibility training session. It’s also my favorite thing to do on days that I’m too busy to do anything else.

There is no equipment needed for this workout!

Just find a place where you are comfortable moving and lying on the floor and bring your muscles since we do primarily active stretches in this one, so you will get bendy *and* sweaty!
