I began coaching after a career as a dancer and circus contortionist that left me with multiple injuries so I began searching for safe, effective ways to increase range of motion and heal. I work with musicians, performers, and ordinary people to build flexibility and strength together for sustainable mobility and I am obsessed with the science of flexibility.
